• All Harris field service technicians have gone through extensive technical training for refrigeration, electrical and controls systems.
• The Harris service department has two inside service managers to help with any service problems that may arise.
• Our technicians are computer dispatched. All field service personnel have radios and cell phones for better communication with the service department.
• We offer control upgrades for all existing control systems - from digital controllers to PLC touchscreens.
• We have a full time parts department to meet your needs.

TYPES OF SERVICE CONTRACTS

Preventive Maintenance
This typically covers the routine maintenance and inspections and can also include some parts such as belts and filters. On a scheduled interval we will clean, tighten, align, lubricate, and check calibration of your equipment and make a list of recommended repairs if necessary.

Full Service Contract
This includes all the general routine maintenance but will also include the replacement parts, compressors, etc., with all labor covered. It will also include service calls and may include the 24-hour service overtime option if chosen. There are some exclusions.

Hour Bank Contract
This type of contract includes general routine maintenance with an allocated block of hours for repairs and service calls. This type of contracts lets the customer decide how much to spend on certain equipment that may be more important to their operation, such as manufacturing, etc.

Note: All our contracts will have 24-hour service coverage but it is up to the customer if they want to include the overtime repairs in the contract or pay for it separately.
